Yoga and Beer is held at Mayday in the brewery space every Saturday at 1:00pm. Classes last one hour, are $10, and include a pint of Mayday beer at the end of your session. Yoga at Mayday is taught by a rotation of 5 certified instructors and is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike.
